Terms and Conditions

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure event date.

• Remaining balance due 7 days before event.

• Overtime rate: $150 per hour.

• Client responsible for guest conduct and equipment damage.

Setup requires 10x10 ft space and power access 

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE CLAUSE

Client assumes full responsibility for damage, theft, or misuse of equipment during the rental period.

INDEMNIFICATION CLAUSE

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless P&P FLAWLESS PIX from claims, damages, attorney fees, or liabilities arising from the event.

ARBITRATION & ATTORNEY FEES

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New York. Prevailing party is entitled to reasonable attorney fees.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum liability shall not exceed total amount paid.

GOVERNING LAW

Agreement governed by the laws of the State of New York.
